A new activation for the precinct
On this site at 19 Hopetoun Street we created a modern 2,500sqm, two-and-a-half level office building including a roof deck for staff amenity and leased it to tenant that had a 24/7 operation servicing New Zealand and the rest of the world, creating an alternative activation profile from the usual 9-5.
The final stage of the precinct is to continue the preliminary work with AT to establish the future of Mahon way which intersects the site.
